RapidFire is building an A+ team of powerful sole contributors — our “Center of Excellence” — to build and test dozens of product and business ideas in RapidFire succession. By building and testing two dozen MVPs within two years — while continually reallocating internal resources toward the ventures exhibiting the most promise — RapidFire maximizes our likelihood of outsized success, diversifies our assets, and provides stronger, less-risky career path opportunities for our employees, compared with those of traditional startups. RapidFire fills the gap in pre-seed innovation and resource allocation, while maximizing the likelihood of outsized success. The benefits from collaboration and specialization are multiplicative — optimizing our team to execute in RapidFire succession. 

Each of the dozens of products and businesses already in RapidFire’s pipeline have outsized high expected value, although many, if not all, have less than certain success. In RapidFire succession, we build and test MVPs for each product and conduct thorough product-market-fit evaluation by surveying potential customers and estimating CAC by launching websites and ad campaigns for each product. As we continually evaluate consumer interest, gauge future profitability by estimating CAC, and assess likelihood of successful product development and future fundraising, we swiftly reallocate personnel and resources to ventures exhibiting the most promise — all while continuing to build and test new ones.

RapidFire’s ultimate goal is to launch a $1B+ company within 2 years. However, there is a considerable likelihood of our process resulting in more than one ultra-successful entity during that time. Of the twelve MVPs that we build and test per year, we aim to raise three seed rounds to fund future development and go-to-market expenditures. Successfully raising a seed round formally exits a particular venture from RapidFire — which retains 50-75% equity in each exited venture. The primary short-term output metric on which RapidFire measures its success is the total post-money valuations of ventures that have exited our fund multiplied by our retained equity in those ventures. We aim to create $50mm of retained equity value for our shareholders and thus triple initial investment within 2 years.

There are no minimum years of experience required for any roles at RapidFire, however strong candidates tend to have five or more years of directly relevant experience or have exemplified savant-level talent at each of the required job functions.
